Dimension of the digital artwork will be 3000X4000PX OR 4000X4000 MIN (300DPI MAX)

Traditional artworks will be drawn on vellum board.

You will receive a 10% discount if you commission me at least three (3) times.

Giving references will be extremely helpful in comprehending the commissioned item.

When the sketch is approved, you will be required to pay 50% up front.

No refunds / I will not issue refunds.

For digital commissions, I will create up to five (5) characters and 2-3 characters for traditional commissions.

Each client is limited to one (1) commission piece at a time.

Commissioned pieces will be used as finished commissions for example purposes only (with the client’s consent).

If you are having trouble thinking of or explaining the commission artwork that you want, please message me so that I may assist and aid you. Providing references can be very helpful.

I'll begin drawing the sketch when we've finished discussing the details of a commissioned piece. Depending on the complexity of the artwork you commissioned, the sketch might take 3-5 days.

I'll show you the sketch, and if you like it, I'll email you the payment link. Only after receiving the initial payment that I will continue working on the commission. Updates will be issued as the artwork progresses.

When I finish the artwork, I will contact you for final approval and your permission to post it to my account, and then I will email you the finalized artwork.

You are then free to do anything you want with your commissioned work. But, please do not claim yourself as the creator.

Regardless of whether you purchase a painting or commission a traditional artwork, it will be sent to you in a cardboard box or reinforced envelope.

Shipping charges will be covered by the client.

Your order's shipping costs will be processed and sent to you. We will tell you through email about the shipment procedure after you have completed your purchase.

The shipping charge may vary depending on the client's location.

On weekends only, I am available for meet-ups in Rizal and Manila.

Import charges and taxes (including VAT) may be imposed on your order once it arrives in your destination country. I am not liable for these charges if they are issued; they are your responsibility as the customer.

When your item has shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking data to become accessible.

If you haven't received your order within 3-5 days of getting your shipment confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will check into it for you.
